PARTIAL GUIDANCE

Partial guidance consists in administering one or several recruitment steps. It is not the full recruitment process handling.

JOB AND COMPETENCY PROFILE DESCRIPTION

We have developed our own methodological contribution and specific tools leading to a clear, comprehensive, topical and realistic definition, suitable with the job, position, pay and competency profile market.

Then, you have a concrete tool to carry out your recruitment as well as benchmarks to set a consistent level of pay.

APPLICANT DIRECT RESEARCH

After having determined together the targeted competency profiles, our research cell carries out the identification and approach of the people who are likely to suit your need and put you in touch.

SOURCING

While ensuring a permanent look-out and a qualification of the different potential sources, (target profiles, efficiency...), we recommend you the most relevant one. We ensure the writing and publishing of the job offer (institutional sources, job boards, portals, press, search engines, networks...). We pre-screen the applicants while providing them with information and answers.

APPLICANT ASSESSMENT AND SELECTION

Carried out in your premises or ours, it includes at least an interview with the various applicants you pre-screened according to their resumes.

The interview is often followed by a session of tests. You carry on the recruitment with the selected applicants.

This kind of guidance is also convenient for internal recruitments, (promotion, mobility or inplacements). 

IN DEPTH ASSESSMENT OF AN APPLICANT

Do you wish to have all the guarantees concerning the applicant you plan to hire? Do you hesitate between two applicants? We carry out an in depth and comprehensive assessment to give you an outside, argued, objective, targeted and contradictory opinion.

MIXED GUIDANCE

You can always combine several partial guidance options, for instance: sourcing + in depth assessment of an applicant.

PROGRAMME DRAWING UP AND INTEGRATION FOLLOW-UP

For you, we will draw up a real integration programme and follow up your future partner to optimize the success of your recruitment. We will ensure its implementation.
